Attention Please: UV white ink, due to its ingredient，it is easy to precipitate, Please shake it up before everyday printing, then press ink button clean 3 times then print nozzel test.

If stop more than 1 hour, pls press the ink button to clean one time, then print nozzel test.

 

Make it transparent that the part don’t need to print white background, and don’t split layers, save the film as PNG format in PS software if print local background

3 Watch the printer operation video

The maintenance cleaning that must do for UV Printer:
1. Clean the Encoder Strip, move the cartridge and clean all the part of encoder strip
2. Clean the yellow belt
3. Cleaning the optical axis
4. We should use cleaning liquid or alcohol for cleaning the above parts, can’t use water, just use napkin or fabric and get a few liquid to cleaning it one by one.

Notice!

You should shake the white ink before printing every other day.then,you should press the button with a drop on it three times for nozzle testing.

If the ink sprays in every direction, you must add 2-4ml viscosity modifier, then shake it, finally,press the button with a drop on it three times for nozzle testing.
